Think Big, Start Small and Grow Fast!

Starting from the premise of "Think Big, Start Small and Grow Fast,", the Gap Analysis maps opportunities for organizational improvement in areas such as marketing, sales and service. Based on three pillars: Strategies, process and people. The result of this work in four hands ensures prioritization and implementation of GAPs for greater business results and less implementation efforts.
Method
The analysis will be done through interviews, supported by documents of pre-set survey, which will be conducted with key persons of the company, aiming to gather information that will assess:
• Processes
• Requirements
• Business rules
• Integrations
• Technology
The interviews will be compiled and presented at a meeting in the format of the Workshop with stakeholders for validation and adjustments.
MSBS Tridea presents the result of working together with the submission of a report containing a tabulation of collected data and consolidating the strategic direction identified by the team of the company. Based on this information, recommendations for changes in the processes of marketing, sales and services will be suggested.
